Andrew Millar

Andrew is a Colorado native and graduated from the IB program at George Washington HS in 2004. He graduated in 2008 from The Colorado College, located in Colorado Springs, completing a BA in Environmental Science with a Chemistry Concentration. He was a four year Division III college football player and award winner. He is currently pursuing a MS in Chemistry at The University of Colorado Denver. Andrew has been employed as a Teaching Assistant at UC Denver for the last four years. As a TA he was the primary instructor for two undergraduate laboratory courses each semester, which provided him with the opportunity to instruct undergraduate students in a number of general laboratory techniques and chemistry concepts. Here he discovered a passion for teaching chemistry. He enjoys working with students in chemistry, ACT /SAT test preparation, and general studies in Peak’s Study Lab. In his free time, Andrew enjoys reliving his football playing days watching NCAA or NFL football games. Go Broncos!
